Sam Helmy, Founder of Neovate

Sam Helmy, CEO

Sam is the Founder and CEO of Neovate Developments & Neovate Systems, and is an Entrepreneur and Property Industry Veteran, with a 15 year track Record in Dubai, UK, and South East Asia.

Sam is a Mensa International Member with a B.A. in Finance, as well as a Level 4 Certificate in Advanced Property Development from the UK. He worked at companies such as 3Com, Publicis, and MSL Group, and his background includes successfully founding and leading more than 3 separate business ventures with a successful sell off.

David-hashim

David Hashim, Veritas – Head Architect

David holds a Bachelor’s degree from MIT, and a Master’s degree in Architecture from Harvard University. He has been leading an illustrious career as an award winning world class architect, building a design company to 300 members strong, and getting listed in the “Who’s Who in the World” index.

Some of the iconic projects he was in charge of include the Jumeirah and Sofitel (Oxley Towers) in Kuala Lumpur, Star Residence, W Hotel,  Dubai Silicon Oasis, Damansara Twin Towers, and many more.

Oliver-Roche

Oliver Roche, RPM – Project Director

Oliver has 25 years of working experience in the construction industry, with over 10 of them holding director duties within Turner Construction, the largest contractor in the World with over 10 billion dollars annual projects.

As a B. Sc. and certified QS engineer from Limerick Institute of Technology, Ireland, he was the project manager responsible for dozens of iconic projects including the Bitexco Tower (highest tower in Vietnam), the US$500 million Islamic Arts Museum in Qatar, The Soldier Football Field Stadium in Chicago, and the Four Seasons Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

Real Project Management (RPM) provides professional expertise and management services for the construction and property development industry. RPM distinguishes itself by offering global insight and local knowledge and providing leadership and management services throughout all stages of building development.

Amongst many projects, RPM’s leadership was involved in the building of Bitexco tower in Vietnam, Museum of Islamic Arts in Doha, the 65,000 seat Soldier field Football Stadium in Chicago, and the Four Seasons Place in Kuala Lumpur
